GRF - Return Policy
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If it is a product quality issue, we will bear the return shipping fee. If it is a size or style personal preference issue, the buyer will bear the shipping fee.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how to return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Fastest way is to return the original item, then place a new separate purchase once the return is approved. Alternatively, you may choose not to request a refund; we will send you a replacement product after we receive your return and provide a new tracking number to your email.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Contactservice@goldenretrieverfootwear.comif over 10 business days have passed since approval.
Damages and issues
Inspect order upon arrival; report defects, damage, or wrong items immediately. Items over 50% off and gift cards are non-returnable.
Warranty Policy:
Unworn, tagged items with original packaging can be returned within 60 days via official website for refund to original payment. 12-month coverage applies to material/workmanship defects, excluding wear, misuse, or accidents.
