Boots certified to ASTM F2892-18 EH do not include a protective safety toe but still provide Electrical Hazard (EH) protection under dry working conditions.

No. EH-rated footwear provides secondary protection against accidental contact with live electrical circuits under dry conditions. It is not a substitute for proper electrical safety equipment or insulated protective gear.
