I was surprised by this price. It is really excellent quality. Very comfortable! I think I will by again.

These are quality work boots. While I haven't walked through deep puddles in them, my feet stayed dry in a light rain and mud while limbing and cutting down a few trees on the property. I am not in the construction industry, primarily using them around the property doing chores and upkeep. The leather is quality and looks great, they have good ankle support, and the tread is stout. My only issue is that it's a little tight near my little toe, which is common for me. I personally prefer a wide toe box and while this boot isn't narrow, it definitely isn't wide. If you are likewise you might want to look around more but I haven't really been able to find a boot with as wide a toe box as I like. I have no doubt these will last me a very long time.

This is the first pair of Golden Retriever boots I've tried, but I'm glad I did. The sole is thick and durable, and the tread is well done. I usually go for steel toe, but I liked the way the leather looked, and they appeared durable, which they are. It didn't take much to break these in, but it was a little tight toward the front, near the start of my toes (not the tips). That worked itself out in no time. The waterproof feature is nicely done; these are easy to polish and re-apply waterproof coating when necessary.The boots are a higher price, but so far, they seem worth it. We'll see how they fair in the long run.

first the leather is thick ...may require a break in...but that is goodsecond the fit was perfect for me 11 1/2 wide..but note it wasn't too widethird I can't attest to the longevity as had them too short a timethe soles look like vibram but aren't that name brandin the picture I applied a little m8nk oil to help with the break inthe inner sole was comfortable enough...but I still placed a sole insert into themthe shoe strings are too short for me....but I have a high archin conclusion..I recommend these boots at the price point....jmoeditforgot to say...they don't have a pull on loop....a inconvenience for sure

These GOLDEN RETRIEVER 6'' Men's Industrial & Construction Work Shoes with Soft Toe are Waterproof and Slip Resistant. They are very sturdy looking and durable and they fit comfortably but my hubby said if you dont have narrow feet, it may not be a good fit for you. They have a steel toe and function as expected. I love the soft leather brown color and it makes it look a lot more expensive than the cost. Comes in a nice looking box for a great gift. Nice leather work boots.
