2. Can I wear them 10 hours ?

3. How long to break in GRF boots ?

Most customers find our boots comfortable right out of the box. While a short break-in period may help the leather naturally conform to your feet, many users report wearing them comfortably from the very first day.

4. What does ASTM F2892-18 mean ?


These Soft Toe boots meet the ASTM F2892-18 EH standard.

While they do not include a protective safety toe, they still provide Electrical Hazard (EH) protection, helping reduce the risk of electrical shock in dry working conditions.

Soft Toe boots are generally:

  • Lighter in weight
  • More flexible
  • Ideal for jobs where safety toe protection is not required

Best for: General work, farming, warehouse operations, landscaping, and everyday wear.

5. Are EH-rated boots safe for high-voltage work ?

No.

EH only protects against:
- Up to 18,000 voltsin dry conditions.

- For higher voltages, need ASTM F2413 or even ASTM F2898-19 certification.

6. What proof do I need for warranty claims ?

Required documentation which you need to send to our email:

- Original receipt (dated within 12 months)

- Sole wear pattern
- Upper damage
- Production tag
- Completed work environment questionnaire

7. Why did my waterproof boots start leaking ?

Common causes:

✘ Heat drying (damages membranes)
